I will be traveling to Manila to be with my girlfriend. I usually travel to Cebu and go to a beach resort there. I have been to Bohol Island Reort and I am looking for something similiar. Would prefer more of a sand beach. However, I have no idea what is available from a beach resort perspective. My girfriend and I like to play in the water and snorkel, though usually in shallow water because she is not a good swimmer. Not into the night life either but enjoy good food and quiet time togeter. So, can you help me with recommendations for around the same price as the Bohol Island Beach Resort pricing? I was told to look at Batangas. Is this a good place? Not looking for luxury but more the value for the $$. Want an air-conditioned room, clean and safe.
